# AirFleet Privacy Policy

CodersClan Inc., operating as AirFleet, collects and stores personal information from users of its crowd-sourced, expert-level technical support forum where developers post coding problems for a bounty. CodersClan will not share personal information with third parties without explicit permission, except when required by law, and deletes personal information upon written user request.

## Personal Information Defined

Personal Information means information directly associated with a specific person or entity, including name, address, telephone number, or email address. Other capitalized terms not defined in this policy have the meaning set forth in AirFleet's [Terms of Service](https://www.airfleet.co/terms).

## Information Collection

CodersClan collects Personal Information in the following ways:

- **Account creation**: Users log in through a specified social network or provide information during account creation. If you log in via social network, CodersClan receives Personal Information that the social network provides. You should review the social network's policies to understand what information CodersClan receives.
- **Site activity**: CodersClan collects Personal Information when you post problems, solutions, comments, or ratings on the Site.
- **Automatic collection**: CodersClan automatically records your IP address, mobile device or computer type, operating system, and browser.
- **Contact**: CodersClan collects information you provide when you contact the company.
- **Analytics**: CodersClan uses services such as Google Analytics to analyze Site use.

You are not required by law to provide this information, but by using the Site and agreeing to the Terms of Service, you agree to provide it.

## Information Use

CodersClan uses Personal Information internally to diagnose server problems and improve the Site's usefulness.

CodersClan analyzes all information to compile Statistical Information (statistical data across multiple users) to understand trends and customer needs so new services can be considered and existing services tailored to customer desires. CodersClan may share Statistical Information with partners under commercial terms determined at CodersClan's sole discretion.

CodersClan may provide information to third parties after removing any information that identifies a specific individual, such as name, address, or contact information.

## Information Security

CodersClan follows generally accepted industry standards to protect Personal Information during transmission and storage. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. CodersClan cannot guarantee absolute security of Personal Information.

CodersClan will delete Personal Information upon receipt of a written request from the user. Once deleted, information cannot be restored.

## Cookies

A cookie is a small piece of text sent to a visitor's browser that the browser provides to the visitor's device upon return. CodersClan may use persistent cookies to save your settings and customizations across visits.

Most web browsers are initially configured to accept cookies, but you can change this setting to refuse all cookies or receive notification when a cookie is sent. You are free to delete existing cookies at any time. Some Site features may not function properly when cookies are disabled or removed.

CodersClan is not responsible for the use of data by third parties or their privacy policies. The Site may link to or use websites or services belonging to third parties over which CodersClan has no control. All use of third-party sites or services is at your own risk.

CodersClan does not endorse services offered by third parties and urges users to exercise caution when using third-party sites or services. When CodersClan provides information to third parties, it removes identifying information such as name, address, or contact information, but cannot guarantee that the recipient will not be able to associate de-identified information with a particular individual.

## Children

CodersClan does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under age 14. If you become aware that an individual under age 14 has enrolled without parental permission, please advise CodersClan immediately by contacting support@codersclan.net.

## Information Transfer and Law Enforcement

CodersClan will fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities or court orders requesting or directing disclosure of the identity or behavior of any user suspected of illegal behavior.

CodersClan may use subcontractors located outside your country and send them information it receives, including to countries outside the United States, Canada, or the European Union. All subcontractors are subject to non-disclosure and non-use obligations. However, some countries may have lower levels of personal information protection than your country of residence or business.

CodersClan may transfer databases containing information if it sells its business or part of it.
